I was distracted by generating dwarfs, gnomes and elves...the result above isn't what I expected and if they exist they didn't finish my text. Perhaps I should hire a ghostwriter instead?
I just do lately which works out perfectly well. It is a good thing my children are getting older and can take care of themselves which is not always the case since it's easier to have a mom around arranging everything while providing for needs.
Since I need more time for myself, mainly for writing, I more and more ignore the voice inside telling me it's time to get out of bed and start with the house chorus and all those other tasks on a non-existing list, showing their faces as soon as I leave the bedroom.
If I write I prefer to write in bed. I mentioned it before so it's no secret. My brain functions differently this way and it shows in what I write.
I am no thinker if it comes to writing, there's no storyline and there are plenty of times I haven't the slightest idea what people are talking about if I hear them discuss what I wrote.
I am not the only one writing in bed and by bed I mean flat, not sitting straight-up with a laptop.
I wonder about the stories in your brain, what they look like if played like a film, another writer said.
It made me think. Somewhere the stories are born and I doubt it's the pen or keyboard that decides what the next word will be.
Still in bed, the quietness of a bedroom, laying flat, without a pillow might keep the brain closer to the state of dreaming and make it easier to weave a text out of words without too much thinking.
After the remark, I kept wondering too what the films produced by my brain would look like if recorded and played
Entertaining, slapstick, drama, chaos or endless horror? While writing this I can imagine that whatever adventure I've experienced during the daylight, I automatically change the moment I wake up and start writing since no brain likes to keep repeating horrors, pain and unfriendliness 24/7.
