Waking up was never easy but it was more difficult since he had a partner. It was a great personality and everything he had hoped for but at the same time being together made him feel uncomfortable. A LAT relationship was already hard but living together? If he agreed to meet he did so if he felt to it and could prepare for it. The perfect date or at least a meeting that came close to it.
Waking up together was far from perfect. Smelly bodies, dirty sheets, no able to fart and being observed while he rubbed his closed eyes. Sharing the bathroom 24/7 including the toilet seat and sink. Hair and soap rests he had to remove... It gave him the shivers and the more he thought about it the longer the list with negative aspects of sharing his life with someone became.
He knew he wasn't ready to take this big step and to be honest sharing everything scared him to death. He liked to stick to his own lifestyle, his rules. His partner was attentive and generous but not too clean. Hygiene was a big issue for him and would always be.
He sighed as he heared the knock at his door. There wouldn't be a way back once he had opened up.
A dry mouth and confusion was what he was left behind with as his partner told him he had thought it over but couldn't live with him because he loved his freedom too much to make consessions.
