This is my @actifit report of yesterday, Sept 19, 2019.

No excuses!

I won't give any. I did my best, more as I should or intended to do. Each morning I try to hang in, join you all, try not to let you down.

I also started to invest and engage in the place I started my blogging life. Too ill to sit or walk. Most content, all my stories, and tales I wrote laying in bed, on my mobile phone only.

So many left after the HF22...
I feel sad about it but it does not mean I leave. I still believe in Steem, the blockchain and it feels good to be a part of something else, something new.

I learned a lot here thanks to my two families the freewriters and #ccc.
I believe we can grow together if we are willing to. Please reach out to each other, be generous one in a while. Christmas is not the only day you can give someone a hand, a sign of love.
Encourage with a word, an emoji, delegate some SP and give the upvote to those who deserve it.

Many do not have a computer at hand. Are hours a day without power, and their only way to survive is to write, be creative in the few time given.

I noticed the most active people are suffering from health issues.
You might not know it, but it is a fact.

I kept writing.

All my days are busy, at time painful but I manage each day to visit some of you and writing in my diary.
My leg hurts but I keep walking, moving. I noticed it does help against painful joints. No need to take the painkillers given by the doctor. I wish they had something to cure the allergies.
