How to stay fit if you are ill?

It is hard to stay fit I can tell you.
I felt dizzy for the whole day. To be honest it was for the first time.

I tried to walk up and down and did my first 1,000 steps, made 2,5k out of it and 2 hours later I had 3,5k steps.

I take vitamins and ate fruit and drink water only. If it comes to drinking I come only to half of what I should drink.

Since my last staying in the hospital, my intestines problems increased.
I was not the only one, the five I stayed with had way more pain and air in their intestines as I.
I think the hospital added something to our food or drinks.

Since that moment, now 6 weeks ago, I can no longer digest my food. Once out I also became an infection (the infection why the hospital disinfected our room and we sick people had to sit in the hall for 5-6 hours till they were finished?). It took me 2 weeks to recover from it. In fact, I am not recovered yet.
I seem to digest in the same way as a just born a baby. I can not digest and take what my body eats out of the food any longer.
I hope my body will find a way to recover by itself before I collarse.

This morning I gained weight again.
The last steps to make it till 5k cost me the rest of the day. Pain, fever, dizziness, and feeling tired, were all reasons I decided to go back to bed again.
