Stones on the Beach ~ Kumsaldaki Taşlar

I know. After seeing this title, you are waiting for photos consisting of stones placed on top of each other on the beach. After I put this title, for some reason, a theme made up of stones placed on top of each other came to my mind. But this is nothing like that.

Biliyorum. Bu başlığı gördükten sonra kumsalda üst üste konulmuş taşlardan oluşan fotoğraflar bekliyorsunuz. Bu başlığı koyduktan sonra nedense aklıma üst üste konulmuş taşlardan oluşan bir tema geldi. Ancak bu öyle bir şey değil.

This is Ahmetbeyli Public Beach. Ahmetbeyli is a beach in the south of İzmir, in the Menderes district. The sea water in Ahmetbeyli is quite cold. We usually come here during the very hot summer months and enjoy the cooling off. Although there is some stony area here, not all of Ahmetbeyli Beach is like this.

Burası Ahmetbeyli Halk Plajı. Ahmetbeyli İzmir'in güneyinde Menderes ilçesine bağlı bir plaj. Ahmetbeyli'de deniz suyu oldukça soğuktur. Buraya genellikle çok sıcak yaz aylarında geliriz ve serinlemenin tadını çıkarırız. Burada biraz taşlık alan olsa da Ahmetbeyli Sahili'nin tamamı böyle değil.

Stony beaches are not my preference for holidays. However, I realized that I had the opportunity to take beautiful pictures with the stones here. As the sun set, the shimmer of the beach and the glow of the stones emerged.

Taşlı kumsallar tatil için pek tercihim değil. Ancak burada taşlarla birlikte güzel fotoğraflar çekme fırsatımın olduğunu fark ettim. Güneş batarken kumsalım simli yapısı ve taşların ışıltısı ortaya çıktı.

Even though my phone can't take photos as professionally as a camera, I'm happy to capture these moments. I must say that I took a few stones in the photos home with the happiness of this moment.

I believe these stones have a story. Previously, each was part of another larger structure. Then, over time, they separated and, although they came from different places, they gathered and formed a whole on this beach. When all differences come together like this, they create beauty. I caught the mountain with only silhouettes in the distance and this lonely piece of rock staring at each other. They greet each other when there weren't many people around. I'm sure this rock came from far away. It was once part of a mountain, too.

Uzaklarda sadece silueti görünen dağ ve yalnız başına kalmış bu kaya parçasını birbirlerine bakarken yakaladım. Ortalarda fazla kimse kalmamışken birbirlerine selam veriyorlardı. Bu kayanın çok uzaklardan geldiğine eminim. Bir zamanlar o da bir dağın parçasıydı.
