For fifty years I owned and managed businesses, performed technical and organizational consulting, created and managed global business organizations, and worked on teams that investigated corruption and addressed national security issues. During that time I raised children and dogs, and was an avid reader with more than 3,000 books in my personal library. A frequent experience was to set a book aside and comment, “I can write better than that.” In 2019, I sat down one Saturday and decided to prove it. The result was a great story, poorly written, and I went looking for help. In six years I created a system of authoring that allowed me to create nine full length novels, a dozen novellas and short stories, and begin converting them to audio… in six years. I have three adult children, and my wife and I have six fostered or adopted teenage girls, and now we share the authoring system we created with you.
When I started writing in 2019, I looked for education to help me. There are a lot of “writing” classes, but I have found nothing that addresses the issue, Becoming An Author. I wanted a system. Finding nothing, I created one. This system has allowed me, in seven years, to publish 9 full length novels, several novellas, and many short stories, all while owning and operating two businesses.
