The Law of Attraction, what is it? Now, you've probably heard of it before but you might not innerstand it or what it means, in the simplest form it says that "like attracts like". Whether we realize it or not we are constantly using this law to bring experiences into our lives, we are responsible for bringing either positive or negative into our life. "You are creating your life unconsciously by living in DEFAULT mode instead of consciously by living in DESIGN mode" -Dr Robert Anthony(The Secret of Deliberate Creation).Where one place their focus has an intense impact on what happens for them, if one spends their days fearing the future or regretting the past they will attract more negativity. If one looks at every situation from a positive and optimistic perspective, they will start to notice more and more positivity surrounding them. Seeing one's own freedom, happiness and potential, will help them control and shape their future as they see fit. Attract everything and anything you desire, from cars to clothes or respect and revenue, there is even a course on money magnetism. As one goes through life, they start to realize that it is better to get paid for your true calling, rather than working a dead end job where they feel unappreciated and overworked.
"True mastery is not having a solution to every situation, it is having a calm demeanor in every situation in order to come to a solution..."
Learn how to use the words and attitude, as well as other powerful tools such as affirmations, breathing, meditation, and visualization to attract more positive experiences into your life. The law of attraction can be used to manifest all of one's desires, dreams, and goals to fruition. Once one can become mindful of their own thoughts and discover what they should keep or remove in order to improve their reality, they will be well along their way to mastering this law. Being conscious of one's underlying negativity will allow them to change and improve their beliefs to better reflect positivity and optimism.
"Simple changes have powerful outcomes.."
Creative visualization is a very powerful tool when it comes to the law of attraction, meditative exercises are part of this process, one is encouraged to spend 10-15 minutes a day building an increasingly detailed image of the life that they want to develop. It is important that one is as creative as they can be with this visualizing process as the more detailed and vivid one can make the image, the faster one can manifest their desired results. Using writing, art and other creative outlets will also help with this visualization process and externalizing one's inner vision. There are many ways of visualization and some are more powerful for certain people, find one that empowers you and makes you feel the most confident and optimistic.
Affirmations are another important tool for using this law as they promote consistency and focus, these affirmations can be internal thought, spoken word, or visual display. These phrases should reflect ones vision of how they want their life to be, when used frequently they will help reshape one's core beliefs assisting with using the law of attraction through confidence and reassurance.
Some examples of simple affirmations could be "Today is going to be a great day", "I am a powerful and divine creator of love and light", or "Abundance, joy and prosperity fill and surround me".
Breathing is also an important aspect as a way to remain calm, centered and focused. When one is feeling anxious, nervous or off balance, etc.. the breath is an essential way to bring one back to into a calm, and collected state. One should inhale through the nose deeply and slowly, extending the diaphragm outward, then slowly exhale through the nose slowly and steadily until the diaphragm is empty, repeat as many times as necessary. This focus on one's breath is a form of meditation and can instantly change the mind state to bring clarity as necessary, practicing this conscious breathing daily will also help keep one calm in many situations as there is no need to rush into a situation, breathe and think clearly before taking action.
"One conscious breath in and out is a meditation" -Eckhart Tolle
