En esta ocasi贸n les comparto mi actividad creativa la cual consiste en una deliciosa y nutritiva chicha con tan s贸lo tres ingredientes, arroz, c谩scara de pi帽a y canela, es muy sencilla de preparar y sobretodo es muy sabrosa.

This time I share with you my creative activity which consists of a delicious and nutritious chicha with only three ingredients, rice, pineapple peel and cinnamon, it is very simple to prepare and above all it is very tasty.
Without further ado, I invite you to get your hands on pineapple. Come with me and let's prepare this delicious chicha.

Inici茅 lavando el arroz con abundante agua. Cabe se帽alar que la c谩scara de la pi帽a previamente fue limpiada con agua y vinagre
I started by washing the rice with abundant water. It should be noted that the pineapple peel was previously cleaned with water and vinegar.
Luego agregu茅 cuatro tazas de agua en una olla, a帽ad铆 el arroz y la c谩scara de la pi帽a, llev茅 a fuego alto hasta ablandar.
Then I added four cups of water in a pot, added the rice and the pineapple peel, and brought to high heat until soft.
Transcurrido el tiempo de cocci贸n retir茅 del fuego, reserv茅 hasta dejar enfriar
Once the cooking time had elapsed, I removed from the heat and set aside to cool.
Then I blended the pineapple peel, the rice and added sugar.
Finally I strained, served and ready 馃挴馃構 to enjoy this delicious chicha, inexpensive, simple and in a short time of preparation. It is worth mentioning that the ingredients used yielded one liter.
