Hello #vegana community on this occasion I want to share a delicious and nutritious juice of papaya and Passion Fruit. This combination is very tasty and is rich in vitamin C ideal for strengthening our immune system, it also helps us take care of the skin, it is also recommended to combat constipation and regulates the stomach. Milkweed is a tropical fruit with a high amount of vitamin C.

Hola comunidad #vegana en esta ocasión deseo compartir un delicioso y nutritivo jugo de papaya y maracuyá. Esta combinación queda muy sabrosa y es rica en vitamina C ideal para fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunológico, nos ayuda también a cuidar la piel , además es recomendable para combatir el estreñimiento y regula el estómago. La lechosa es una fruta tropical con gran cantidad de vitamina C.
To prepare this delicious juice we use the following ingredients, namely:
- 1 maracuyá
- 1 small papaya
- 3 cups of water
- 5 spoonfuls of sugar
Note: From the ingredients used yielded one liter.
Para preparar este delicioso jugo utilizamos los siguientes ingredientes, a saber:

- 1 papaya pequeña
