Hello my friends! I continue to introduce you to my city. Every day I find time to walk its streets. The famous river Dora Baltea. It is not so wide, but it can be very aggressive. About 10 years ago there was a flood in my city. After long showers, she came out of the banks and flooded the city.
Over the past 5 years, the river obedient. She's calm and beautiful. Every year we hold a championship in water slalom Canoeing. Athletes come from all over the world.
And these days the city becomes very beautiful and festive. Ducks and birds love to swim in the river. They don't even have to paddle. The current in the river is very strong and the waterfowl descend the river without any effort. It's fun to watch them drift away. But usually it does not harm the birds.
On this alley I like to walk under the arches of trees, in the shade, especially nice on a hot day when the sun does not know where to hide. These days I prefer to sit on a bench and look at the water, it's so soothing
After the walk, I head to the center, to the square near the Central library of the city. I go to a bar and order a coffee or an aperitif. Depends on my walking time. Sit down for a table.
