I am glad that I learned something new almost every day from my work and not only that, I also get to know more people from the company itself.
Learning every day is one of my favorite thing that I want to do because when I learn, my knowledge will also increase and not only for theories and stuffs.
While learning these knowledge from the company, I also have more confidence in talking to people and there's now a big difference compared to the first months of working there.
A big thanks to my department that that they gave me courage on doing things that I didn't want to do and exploring things that I think that I think it's impossible to do but it's not and I only need to explore think and do it on my own.
Just like doing the tasks that is my first time and even if it's my first time but I make a way that will work even if that task is new to me.
From zero knowledge and learnings to more and more learnings after months of working in this company is very worth it and not only that, I also gain confidence on the stuffs that I think that was impossible to do.
I think the one that I was lacking before was taking initiative to make it possible or to make it because I always think the negative side and not the positive side of the outcome.
I only do it if it's my own devices or my own appliances but I have no confidence when someone will asked me about stuffs. I just don't like them to add me to the burden if something will be wrong in the stuffs that they want to inquire and do to me.
Anyway, It's so much fun that I am here now in this company and just last night, we had our overnight work because there were some stuffs that were needed to move and put it again and there were learnings that I've learned from last night's work.
