My dad's health, more on that in my previous post, and the extreme heat inspired me to start working on some new(ish) art or what might end up being yet another book in my dinoverse, yesterday.

After all, creating art is pretty much free therapy and it's usually based on my real life and the world around me.

I added this little bit of text to it, later:

Let's see what this turns into, over time. For now it sure helps me process my feelings somewhat

An hour or two ago, my siblings ( the brother and sister living in The Netherlands) informed me that my dad has been hospitalized, preventively ( this afternoon ), due to his weird behavior of the last days. Behavior that very much resembles the way he acted, back in 2009, before his psychosis.

Our dad will spend at least a couple of nights in the hospital, for further examination, which takes the pressure off my mom and siblings.

Talking about pressure, I have been dealing with a headache, since yesterday, probably induced by the heat and drought, as well as some stress over my father's health.

Tomorrow I plan to visit my twin sister, to talk about our father('s situation) and to also, hopefully, relax a little ( go for a swim in the river, cuddle with my niece and nephew ) and probably socialize with her ever present guests - she is a people magnet.

I will await the hospital results, before I decide about my exact travel plans to The Netherlands, but it sure seems like I will be going there a lot earlier than the previously planned September.

Thank you for all your heartfelt messages, hugs and well wishes. I can sure feel the love out here.

Um abraço and to be convinued...
