Ich habe meine allererste Yoga-Stunde in diesem coolen Fitnessstudio im Dunkeln gehabt, war eine ganz neue (K枚rper-)Erfahrung f眉r mich und es war anstrengend (aber nicht ganz so schwierig wie ich dachte) und vor allem anstrengend f眉r meinen Hals, da ich die Posen noch nicht kannte und dauernd zur Trainerin schauen und den Hals dabei verbiegen musste. Bin jetzt ein Yoga-Warrior 馃挭馃槢
I had my very first yoga lesson in the dark at this cool gym, and it was a completely new (body) experience for me, it was quite exhausting (difficult but not as difficult as I thought) and also exhausting for my neck, from looking to the trainer all the time to watch and follow the poses. Now I am felling like a yoga warrior 馃挭馃槢

ps. yoga in the dark is funny because the others don't see how bad and what a noob I was 馃槅 but it was not completely dark more like in a night club.
