Haltet mir die Daumen, habe morgen meine erste Darmspiegelung (Koloskopie) wegen Reizdarm-Beschwerden.
Hab schon ein bisschen Angst vor der Untersuchung, darf heute au脽er Wei脽brot nichts mehr essen und muss dann zweimal ein Abf眉hrmittel nehmen, hoffe ich vertrage das.
Zur Untersuchung selber wird man dann sediert und man sollte nicht mehr so viel mitbekommen. Bin gespannt, wie's wird. Haltet mir die Daumen.

I'm a bit scared about the examination, I'm not allowed to eat anything except white bread today and then have to take a laxative twice, I hope I can tolerate it.
Will be sedated for the examination itself and one shouldn't notice much. I can't wait to see how it goes. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
