I never heard of Gramsci, is it worth it to look into his work?

He only wrote one book, and it is a very large book, of which I have only read a few pages, for that reason I said that I think he said something similar but I'm not sure, the fact is that I find it difficult to start reading such a large book of someone with whom I know that I disagree, even though there is a chance that I will find some things that he says interesting, and even true. I prefer to spend my time currently with more enjoyable readings.
