Absolutely, mandatory face masks and social distancing, which seems to be largely being fulfilled. The reality is that the quarantine is linked to the social problems that Venezuela is already experiencing, and there is still real chaos, people locked up at home with problems with water and electricity supplies are not really good.

But it does not appear that there will be acts of civil disobedience, not on a larger scale, at least not for now, and definitely not related to quarantine, rather linked to everything else in any case.
