Something that I have noticed is essential to obtain good results, not only in life in general, but also in the Steem community, it's consistency. Consistency and perseverance are two fundamental pillars to grow your audience, get more together with people (which is very important), and even move your financial progress forward.
Consistency, which is the ability to remain stable in the environment, to not to give in, to remain present for long periods of time, is of utmost importance to make your content flourish and increase its rank, or that any project in life has success and positive results. Consistency is key to keeping an audience interested in what you do, in the case of Steem, or to maintain a well-defined course in any life project.
Consistency is not only to make it stable and lasting, but also to do it well, to do it with a margin of quality established by you, and that must meet your expectations.
So far so good, but; How do I get the much desired consistency?
This is where perseverance comes in, and it is something I learned as I did my exercise routines and put into practice my physical abilities. Because when you workout, perseverance is the only important thing, and it is the key to getting good results.
It doesn't matter if you're unmotivated, reluctant, or just not in the mood to exercise, all you have to do is start and be persevering. It doesn't matter if you do it wrong or you are always mistaken, be persevering. It doesn't matter if you couldn't complete the routine, you got tired, or you just didn't know how to finish, be persevering.
Perseverance is the key to turning anything into routine, and routine into habit, and habit into results. And that is consistency.
The same thing I say to exercise is true in everything, it is true in general life, it is true at work, it is also true to achieve our goals and objectives.
The only thing that is always needed and each one of the times is perseverance. With perseverance any goal and objectives can be realized in lasting results and successes.
Through the methodological advance of trial and error, any failure can become successful, simply by having the will to do so.
Where I live it is said vulgarly "to err is human, but to persevere is of the devil", but only if it is persevered in error. As long as we continue to improve and progress methodologically, with each step we take closer we will be getting the desired result.
It is also said that insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, so maybe I am insane here about this, because I think that doing the same thing over and over will get different results and I also think that practice does the master.
So being persevering we will learn to maintain a constant flow number of attempts that will in turn slowly translate into quality, passing in the blink of an eye from quantity to quality, and from perseverance to constancy.
Being persevering and constant is the way in which any obstacle can be overcome, it is the way in which we can learn from error and move forward, it is the way, in short, in which we improve ourselves and our abilities through repetition.
