Unfortunately we live in a world of deceit, insincerity and indiscipline. In the first place, if a person is disciplined and has the fear of God, he or she is not suppose to be in a relationship with out being in love. He or she has to wait to find one he or she is in love with before commencing a relationship. And so if it happens the other way round, once the person realises that he or she does not really love the person he or she that is involved in the relationship and can not compromise, should gather momentum and express his or her feeling of sincerity to the other that he loves someone else, it could be that it was love at first site but were not meant for each other by God, by creating a good atmosphere and with diplomacy present it to the other party, but should not be done arrogantly. Though it can be very painful and hurting, especially when the other party is sincerely in love, but remember there is a saying that a broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. I therefore advice that people should look before they leap especially when it comes to relationship/dating, because it can cost life. My advice, again, don't rush into relationship, the beautiful ones are not yet born.
