Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento del día de hoy. Hoy tuve un día algo ocupado, me dediqué a hacer tarea en la casa, ya que, no tuve clases en la universidad. También realicé algunos quehaceres en mi hogar, quedé algo cansado, pero, no fue impedimento para realizar el entrenamiento de hoy. Una vez que me alisté para ir al parque para realizar mi entrenamiento, empezó a llover. Me había desmotivado un poco, pero, una vez que escampó, fui al parque para poder entrenar. Una vez que llegué, comencé a calentar mis articulaciones, muñecas, codos, hombros, un poco mi flexibilidad y, realicé un trote ligero para calentar bien el cuerpo. Una vez de terminar el entrenamiento, comencé mi entrenamiento.

Greetings, #hive and #swc friends, today I come to share with you my training experience today. Today I had a busy day, I spent some time doing homework at home, since I didn't have classes at the university. I also did some chores at home, I was a little tired, but, it was not an impediment to perform today's training. Once I got ready to go to the park for my workout, it started to rain. I was a bit discouraged, but, once it started to rain, I went to the park so I could train. Once I got there, I started to warm up my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, a little bit of my flexibility, and did a light jog to warm up my body. Once I finished the workout, I started my training.

El circuito de hoy fue algo sencillo, pero difícil, ya que, constaba de los ejercicios más básicos en la calistenia, como los fondos, dominadas y flexiones. Parecerá algo sencillo, pero, fue difícil, ya que, realicé 10 series de ese circuito en ese mismo orden, con un descanso de 2 minutos entre cada serie y, 10 segundos entre ejercicios, cabe destacar, que las repeticiones varían de la condición del atleta, ya que, es un circuito enfocado a la resistencia.

Today's circuit was something simple, but difficult, since it consisted of the most basic exercises in calisthenics, such as bottoms, pull-ups and push-ups. It may seem simple, but it was difficult, because I performed 10 sets of this circuit in the same order, with a rest of 2 minutes between each set and 10 seconds between exercises, it should be noted that the repetitions vary from the condition of the athlete, since it is a circuit focused on resistance.

El entrenamiento de hoy me costó, ya que, el clima húmedo no me dejaba respirar bien, las barras estaban mojadas por el mismo tema de la lluvia, ando un poco con gripe, pero, nada de eso fue impedimento para poder realizar mi entrenamiento de hoy, siempre manteniendo la constancia y disciplina para lograr ser una mejor versión de mí mismo. Today's training was hard for me, since the humid weather did not let me breathe well, the bars were wet because of the rain, I have the flu, but none of that was an impediment to perform my training today, always maintaining the constancy and discipline to become a better version of myself.
