Hopia Monggo
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be trying out a popular Filipino treat which is the Hopia. Hopia is like an afternoon tea time treat that consists of a flaky exterior crust with mung bean filling inside. It is widely available in the Philippines and is usually given as a gift on Christmas. There are other iterations of this treat which mainly differs in fillings such as ube, custard, and even chocolate.
