Oreo Cheesecake
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a classic cheesecake twist. Oreo cheesecake replaces your typical graham crust with crushed oreo crust. I love the dark chocolate contrast to the tangy cheesecake and it gives the cheesecake a new aspect of flavor. Although I like graham cracker crust, oreo cookie crust is somehow compliments the cheesecake more because the bitterness cuts off the sweetness you put into the cheesecake and gives it a more complex flavor profile.
