Homemade Mini Cheesecakes
Hiya Everyone! Tori Here! Today, I whipped up my recipe for cheesecake but I wanted it to be more cuter and what really makes cheesecakes cuter is to make it more small. I used the regular cheesecake recipe in order to make this and just placed it evenly on the cupcake liners and pans. I love how you can indulge yourself with these cheesecakes but also you can control it since it is in smaller portions. I also placed canned raspberry, blueberries, and fresh mango on top to make it seem more colorful and the addition of the tanginess and acidity from the fruit balances the sweetness and tartness of the cheesecake.
