How do you view life?

Are you enjoying what life has to offer or do you harbor a deep regret in your heart wishing that “It would have been better if I wasn’t born”?

Do you constantly feel that life has been so unfair to you because some tragedies that have occurred in your life have left a hole in your heart?

Do you make a strong effort to fend off the constant waves of change?

If so, then you have been living as a victim all this while and I bet that your life has been pretty much gloom and doom. You might not even notice it but you always feel stressed out and find living peacefully a great work.

You are definitely saying “NO” to the universe and to life, and this is the source of all your pain and agony.

WHAT DO I MEAN?

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned about life as regards how to cope and handle all challenges that come your way is by nodding your head and saying “yes” to your universe.

And by “universe”, I mean a life plan that seems to take over despite what we have in mind–the unexpected results that change the course or direction of our lives. The "force" acting independently that frequently obstructs our idealized vision of how we want things to be. This is what I refer to as the “universe.”

You’ll agree with me that life always has other plans that disrupt the ones we’ve already planned. These upsets usually make us spiral down to fear, anxiety, and worry, which keeps us trapped in the victim zone.

But it's crucial to remember that in order to free ourselves from this victim mentality, we must say "YES" to our universe, which entails accepting whatever challenges life throws at us.

Saying yes means letting go of resistance and letting in the possibilities that life offers us a new way of seeing the world. It gives us options and ideas on how we can tackle life's problems.

You become relaxed in tense situations. You no longer say to yourself, “Hey, I am finished” because you know that you’re going to find a way to overcome and triumph.

But whenever you have the mindset of “ This can’t be happening to me,”you immediately create emotional upheaval. It means you’re saying “No,” which invariably means you’re resisting the opportunity to go through a challenge that brings growth and fulfillment.

HERE’S THE TRUTH

The truth remains that the world is filled with people who have been handed the worst life has to offer and have come out winners. I know right here and now that no matter how worse my life is, someone else in a far more devastating situation has conquered, and he did it against all odds.

Tough times never last, but tough people do. It is those who say “Yes” to their challenges, thereby embracing them and staying calm, knowing that “This too shall pass,” who manage to find a way.

When we say yes, we become winners, so learning how to do so is worth the effort. Here are my five steps to take that will help you move from a victim mindset to a victory mindset.

— Stay Conscious and constantly remind yourself whenever you say no to issues in your life. Always be aware

— Once the consciousness is there, nod your head up and down, and say yes. This immediately gives you a sense of control that everything will be fine. No need to enter a panic zone.

— Physically relax your body. Notice where you’re tense and focus on letting the tension go.

— Adopt the attitude of “It’s all happening perfectly. Let’s see what good I can create from this situation”.

— Be patient with yourself. It takes time to adopt a “yes” approach to life. Say yes to you.

I believe that these five steps will empower and transform how you view life. These steps are from Susan Jeffers's book ”Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway.”This is a book I would recommend to everyone who aspires to live with swagger and fulfillment, not handicapped by fear.

Thanks a million, guys. Enjoy your weekend and always know that;

YOU HAVE GREATNESS WITHIN YOU.

I Love Y’all.
