Hi friends!
today i am share the recipe of mutton qorma, how we can make it home easily.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves for one minute. Add green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 7-8 minutes until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, mutton seasoning (or meat seasoning) and salt and cook for 5 minutes until tomatoes are slightly browned. Add mutton, potatoes and a cup of water and cover. If the stopper is using a top pressure cooker, cook on high pressure for 30-40 minutes (5-6 sets). If using an electric pressure cooker or instant cooker, cook for 45 minutes and let the pressure rest naturally.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and switch on the flame again. If the mortgage is too thick, add a little water. Stir in the hot masala, kasori methi (if using) and ghee and now boil for another 4-5 minutes. Let the curry rest for 15 minutes before serving.
