Instructions
1- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Clean and slice the octopus into manageable pieces.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into sizeable chunks.
- Dice the onion and tomato.
- Seed and slice the bell peppers.
- Mince the garlic.
2- Cooking Process:
- In a large saucepan or cataplana pan, heat a generous drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until golden brown.
