Maybe Lumpy Space Princess from Adventure Time. She’s obviously pissed because the kid keeps stepping on her. RUDE!

Not sure if anyone noticed my short absence. It’s been a wildly busy week so I had to take a break from posting to focus on my jam packed schedule. I took a few days to plan guthrie@guthrie’s birthday festivities, we did some fun art stuff which can be viewed here! There was an unexpected visit from a friend and then helping kommienezuspadt@kommienezuspadt prepare for his upcoming work trip.

Earlier this week I dug up our sidewalk chalk to see if I could entice the children to play outdoors. guthrie@guthrie was all for it and we started the day with SpongeBob Characters!

Patrick Star with ”Um, I don’t know my name” written above.

I drew a little neighborhood with my friends 4 year old.

Then I drew this beautiful turtle and the 4 year old drew an orange one above mine. 😆 So CUTE!

With our warm up sketching done, guthrie@guthrie and I decided to move onto Adventure Time Characters! Thanks to my trusty phone, we had plenty of reference images to inspire us.

He also drew BMO running low on battery.

My very angry Lumpy Space Princess. She’s got some words for you.

I seem to enjoy drawing angry faces. Lemon grab saying his famous line, “UNACCEPTABLE!” I wish we had white chalk to bring out the crazy in his eyes but sadly that was left at home.

guthrie@guthrie’s adorable Jake and Finn.

And then we finished the art session with a collaborative effort on the tree house.

What did you think of our drawings? Would you sidewalk chalk?

Thanks for stopping by!🦊
