Today was one of those days where you say, “Fuck it!” go outside to enjoy the fresh air, admire the flowers and observe the happy little bees.
I honestly can’t remember much about my day besides the fact that I woke up feeling refreshed, got pissed at @kommienezuspadt for losing his Father’s Day gift and then drove off to @caffetto alone. No, I wasn’t trying to ditch the boys...or was I? I just needed a break from @guthrie’s attitude and wanted to get a head start in my search for @kommienezuspadt’s missing item, which was a travel bag for organizing cables and chargers. The manic side of me had to rush out to find the damn thing since I put so much effort in getting him that gift. You cannot believe how difficult it is to buy a SOLID black cable bag when there are countless neon colored, printed and ugly logo ones readily available. I wanted to pull my hair out because I knew black looked good but would be easy to lose, so dumb. Then @kommienezuspadt proved me right by roughly repeating these exact thoughts out loud! 😶😐😑
Long story short-I found the bag, received many apologies and all was right with the world. We also bonded over Chipotle because we’re that couple.
Another great achievement was planning @guthrie’s bday party. Let’s hope it goes as smooth as it did the previous year. I managed to somehow talk the little guy into drawing up his invitations which you can view above. If you’re wondering what the heck is going on, that’s Beast Bendy from the Bendy and the Ink Machine video game. @guthrie’s obsessed with it again and I’m all for it because we dropped so much money last year on plushies (for Christmas) that he didn’t seem to care about until now.
For his bday this year I’m planning on making him an Oreo cake with an icing design of Bendy on top, along with rainbow cupcakes and homemade pizza. Wish me luck.

The last thing I wanted to chat about before I turn in for the night is how much it sucked to lose in Magic today! I got freaking milled!!!! I know I vowed to take a break from playing but yesterday I spontaneously jumped into a game and now it’s hard to say no. @tarotbyfergus and I played two games of commander. He brutally defeated me the first game (thanks to Nicol f’ing Bolas) and I somehow turned it around on the second. We chose not to go for the tie breaker and I’m okay with that since we were both able to leave happy with our wins.
My contacts are getting dry so I’m gonna go now.
