Time flies, it's been over a month since my last post on Hive. Not consciously, but I've been very busy with my work and studies and my family also needs some attention.
How are you all doing? What keeps you all busy? I'm fine, but like I said, very busy with work. I still work on two different assignments which I still really like, but there is little time left for other things.
I did rehearse with the band again last Friday, after a long time it was great again. Just having fun with music. Speaking of which, I came across a performance of "To love somebody" by Keith Urban on YouTube. For me this is musicality, bringing small and building up very nicely.

By the way, I like to listen to music by the Bee Gees, the Gibb brothers have meant a lot to the music. They have written so much for so many different artists. Typically those voices, those harmony vocals and those catchy songs.
Barry Gibb is the only one left of the 4 brothers. Weird when you think about it that way. The family has been through a lot of blows. I'll never forget the song Our Love they played at the "one night only" concert. This concert was one of my first DVD
s I had. This song made a huge impression on me, partly because of the images shown.... And then it was only Andy who had already passed away. Sad....
Barry has especially written a lot of lyrics that other artists scored big hits with. Islands in the stream is one such, Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton had a mega hit with this. But he also sang it himself regularly, for example here with Olivia Newton-John, great song.
I close with the song Immortality, an amazing song together with Celine Dion....speechless....
