Hello dear food lovers. The weather today in Penampang is so warm, bright and sunny. Being in this kind of weather makes me crave for something cool and refreshing drinks or dessert. So, I went to this restaurant called Restaurant Sinar Mustika.

I ordered this refreshing ABC Special or Iced Shaved with mixed of delicious sweet things inside. This dessert is one of the most popular dessert and well-loved by the locals here. The word “ABC” is an acronym for Air Batu Campur or iced mixed. This dessert is really yummy and a life-saver on a warm day like today. The numerous toppings such as red beans, creamy sweet corn, grass jelly, palm nuts etc. tasted so nice mixed with condensed milk and Geraldine syrup. This dessert priced RM6.00 (USD 1.45) only.

I really love the way they served this dessert with that delicious topping. I definately will come here again for that Kelapa Pandan Leleh. The place is clean and nice to hangouts with friends.
