I think one of the common traits that is lacking in alot of relationships is "honesty" ..The dishonesty could come from the man or it could come from the woman or come from both of them in the relationship.
A relationship that is built on dishonesty tends to fail because both lovers will not be sincere with themselves and insincerity will cause so much doubts which leads to trust issues..
Both lovers need to always be honest with each other , they should communicate with each other , let your partners know what you truly feel for them , let them know your plans , let them know when they hurt you , hiding your feelings from them is not good for the relationship..
