We had the potato and leek cakes from Thug Kitchen Party Grub Cookbook. Overall review? The cakes were good and the kids ate them so that's a win in my book. They didn't bake together like they looked in the book, but I also used frozen hashbrowns from Trader Joes instead of grating the potatoes myself (time 馃槒).
ANYWAY, I wasn't impressed with the sauce either, cause it tasted too beany for my liking.
So next time, I plan to bake them longer, skip the shortcutting, and changeup the sauce!! Enjoy the food porn!
