It slithers in our mind
Like a serpent in the sand.
Confusing the heart;
Uncertainty like a plague
T'was called doubt.
Like the darkness hidden;
Torrent of fear.
Vine of dissolution
That creeps inside out.
The seed of doubt, planted.
The nasty feeling,
Drilling under the skin.
Itching its way through;
Our muddled mind.
Insects like doubt
Inch by inch,
Closer and closer.
Gripping the heart hard;
Such is this emotion.
The emotion called doubt.
To let it nest is folly.
To start is foolishness.
Let it not creep through;
Let not the darkness in.
Be eaten not by doubt.
Doubt. Once this emotion enters our heart it cannot be dispell easily. Rather it will only get worse if we just let it be.
So do not let doubt creeps in your heart and muddle your mind.
This is it for now. I hope you find the poem inspirational. Till next time.
