Hi Steemits, I'm Vbede, popularly known by my pen name, Vbedewrites. I'm an upbeat award winning poet, spoken word act, fiction writer, editor and medical doctor from the garden City of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. I've been published in several journals and magazines on national and international platforms such as Kalahari reviews. I'm an author of a Short story e-book titled "TWELVE" on okadabooks.com. Also I was a finalist in the biggest poetry slam in Africa, War of words Africa. Was shortlisted for Etisalat flash fiction competition, 2016. Currently working on an anthology of poems.
