Two months ago I accidentally saw this sign in the Franga dere (one of the small canals of Varna). It turns out, that someone angrily has throw it away in the water. There's a construction building and the sign was used by the construction workers to tap the street next to it, which is very narrow, and doing so they are able to pour concete.
