This pumpkin is from my garden, from previous season. Only one of them managed to grow at full, the other ones didn't develope properly for several reasons. You probably wonder what is that big orange spot on the side of it? Well, it is because the sun was too hot during the summer, and "fried" most of the plants in my garden - even the weeds. It also caused the damage on this pumpkin. You can see for yourself the look of the inside of it. After removing the seeds, I chopped it to smaller pieces, and put it in the oven. This is the most easy way to prepare the pumpkin.
