28.3kmh mate. Maths not your strong suit? Hehe

13 I think

That’s because it DID used to be only counted if you ran or walk but to be inclusive and rightly so they added volunteering contributions as well

Good thing I was doing my alphabet A and Z and dragged @new.things along hey?

Hey Cobber was this at the Gums of Scribbly?

It’s been one week since I last had a coffee. I find that if I properly hydrate I have more energy than I’ve ever gotten from caffeine ❤️

It’s a nice 1.4km (I think) loop near home with a slight incline/decline without crossing traffic (only gotta watch out for old can man who seems to hate cyclists) lol

Beaches tend to look the same, it’s all sand. Good one old boy! I been training getting ready for Brisbane to GC

No! Try not! Do or do not. There is no try.

Cute cat

Not sure where this is?

Trendy? The 90’s called they want their lingo back haha coffee is good for appetite suppression

I mean I don’t understand the meme but I’m sure it’s funny to some

I don’t know how you have time for all these posts old timer! But I tip my hat to you sir!

I’ve started strength training again to give the foot a break

I’m skeptical of a 6:48/km walk… but regardless of the naming of the activity well done on the distance

These are the kind of things that keep us engaged!

Well done! Keep it up

If it ain’t on Strava it never happened late, as they say lol

Well done
