Good afternoon my returning weekend warriors and welcome to the pub on a nice Monday. Should be an interesting few days in crypto and I prefer to have an educated guess on where we are going.
Volume is still a little low as we return to regular Monday morning trading and Bitcoin is down just over 4% from where it was yesterday to $3,488usd. The Alts have much lower market cap and are swinging down a little more than BTC ranging from Monero down 4% to Ethereum down almost 9% and Bitcoin Gold way down 14% from where it was yesterday. In the Poolde race between entertaining alts Lumens/0X Protocol/Tron/aElf and Funfair, ELF is in the lead up 1.5% and Lumens is in the rear down 11%.

It does seem a little boring but I am sticking to the daily Bitcoin Chart to look for the status and future as it seems futile to watch alt charts too closely when BTC can pull the plug or start the pump. The MACD did cross up last week under sideways action but crossed immediately back down over the weekend with the support break. While price bounced back up off the lower Bollinger line, the STOCH suggests we may continue down a little more. Potentially a lot more if the big move comes at the bottom of the STOCH like it sometimes does. The Bollinger lines are closing in with the January sideways action so if we can maintain a price above $3,300 while we settle to oversold on the STOCH, we could be in great shape. COULD!
