That is what I meant. If cash isn't able to be used, it's just as unavailable as if it was banned. If you can't get it from a bank, where it comes from, the supply of it will rapidly dry up from the folks receiving it from business transactions depositing it in their banks, where it is swallowed like it fell into a black hole, and we can either barter, use digital dollars, or starve. I haven't worked out a barter method with my local grocery yet, leaving me a choice between subjugation to CBDCs or starvation in practice today, if the banks quit cash.
