En esta ocasión les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar un lindo llavero inspirado en Naara. Hace unas semanas elaboré este lindo llavero. Quise colocar en la decoración algo muy simple, así que por eso en la base no hay más elementos decorativos. Únicamente me centré en crear a Naara. Como siempre, cambié un par de cositas, pero mantuve esa flor de sus cuernitos y las hojas en su cuerpo.

This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a cute Naara-inspired keychain. A few weeks ago, I made this lovely keychain. I wanted to keep the decoration very simple, so there aren't any other decorative elements at the base. I focused solely on creating Naara. As always, I changed a few things, but I kept the flower on her horns and the leaves on her body.

Lo primero que hice fue el diseño que quería para Narra; como dije, últimamente no hago tipo fanart de las criaturas y personajes, sino que intento hacerlos lo más parecidos, pero cambiando un par de cosas que siento que quizá en foami no quedaría muy bien posicionada alguna pieza. Además de cambiar los ojos a como yo los suelo hacer. Pero bueno, al tener listo el diseño en la hoja blanca, transferí a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:
✨Cuernos: 1.5 cm x 1 cm en foami marrón oscuro.
✨Cabeza y orejas: 4 cm x 3 cm en foami marrón claro.
✨Parte del rostro: 3 cm x 1.8 cm en foami crema.
✨Cuerpo: 3.5 cm x 2.8 cm en foami marrón claro.
✨Pecho: 2.5 cm x 2.2 cm en foami crema.
✨Resto de patas: 2 cm x 0.7 mm y 1.2 cm x 1.3 cm en foami marrón claro.
✨Hojas: 2 cm x 1.5 cm y 1 cm x 0.8 mm en foami verde.
✨Flor: 1 cm x 1 cm en foami rosa.
✨Centro de flor: 0.5 mm de circunferencia en foami amarillo.
The first thing I did was the design I wanted for Narra; As I said, I haven't been doing fan art of the creatures and characters lately. Instead, I try to make them as similar as possible, but changing a couple of things that I feel might not look very good on foam. I also changed the eyes to how I usually do them. Anyway, once I had the design ready on the white sheet, I transferred them to the corresponding colors of foam, as explained below:
✨Horns: 1.5 cm x 1 cm in dark brown foam.
✨Head and ears: 4 cm x 3 cm in light brown foam.
✨Part of the face: 3 cm x 1.8 cm in cream foam.
✨Body: 3.5 cm x 2.8 cm in light brown foam.
✨Chest: 2.5 cm x 2.2 cm in cream foam.
✨Rest of the legs: 2 cm x 0.7 mm and 1.2 cm x 1.3 cm in light brown foam.
✨Leaves: 2 cm x 1.5 cm and 1 cm x 0.8 mm in green foam.
✨Flower: 1 cm x 1 cm in pink foam.
✨Flower center: 0.5 mm in circumference in yellow foam.
Al tener todas las piezas de Naara listas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con pinturas o marcadores que hagan contraste o sombra a cada una de las piezas. En mi caso, para todas las piezas del cuerpo en foami marrón claro y crema, utilicé para los bordes un tono de marrón, pero para el resto de las piezas, como la flor y las hojas, utilicé los mismos colores, pero en tonos más oscuros.
Once you have all of Naara's pieces ready, it's time to color the edges with paints or markers to contrast or shade each piece. In my case, for all the body pieces in light brown and cream foam, I used a shade of brown for the edges, but for the rest of the pieces, such as the flower and leaves, I used the same colors, but in darker tones.
Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de dibujar o dar detalles más específicos con marcadores, como sería el caso del rostro, definir mejor las orejas, las típicas manchitas que tienen en el pelaje, pero las hice con marcador rosa; las patas también y definí mejor las hojas de la cola. Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de pegar, hasta formar a Naara.
Once the pieces are dry, it's time to draw or add more specific details with markers, such as the face. I better defined the ears and the typical spots they have on their fur, but I did them with a pink marker. I also defined the legs, and I better defined the leaves on the tail. Once the pieces are dry, it's time to glue them together until Naara is formed.
Ahora vamos con la base y, como quería que Naara fuera el centro de atención, simplemente recorté con tijeras decoradas un rectángulo de 10 cm x 6.5 cm en foami amarillo y otro rectángulo de 9 cm x 6 cm en foami escarchado verde, el cual pegué justo en medio de la pieza amarilla; en medio y de forma vertical pegué a Naara. Hice un agujero en la parte superior de la base, coloqué por ahí el aro metálico, junto con las llaves y listo.
Now for the base. Since I wanted Naara to be the center of attention, I simply cut out a 10 cm x 6.5 cm rectangle from yellow foam and another 9 cm x 6 cm rectangle from green frosted foam with fancy scissors. I glued the rectangle right in the middle of the yellow piece. I glued Naara vertically in between. I made a hole in the top of the base, placed the metal ring through there, along with the keys, and that was it.
