¡Iniciación en el Front Lever!
Hola comunidad de #SWC , hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi comienzo en el "Front Lever" un estático que siempre me ha llamado la atención y estaré entrenándolo con ayuda de mi amigo 
De momento solo soy capaz de mantener 2-3 segundos en Tuck Avanzada y por eso decidí mejorar ante todo mi fuerza y postura con ejercicios básicos como dominadas, negativas y press en la Tuck, para finalizar aproveché que llevaron unas mancuernas y realicé Elevaciones Laterales para ganar más fuerza de hombros. 💪🏼

At the moment I'm only able to hold 2-3 seconds in Advanced Tuck and that's why I decided to improve first of all my strength and posture with basic exercises like pull-ups, negatives and press on the Tuck, to finish I took advantage that they carried some dumbbells and performed Side Lifts to gain more shoulder strength. 💪🏼
