How you response to situations matters a lot, it shows who you really are and the way you handle it will show the kind of results you will receive, be it positively or negatively. Like they use to say, this life is really funny and there are some challenges that will just cross our path and we never expect them, at times we get overwhelmed by this challenges and we allow them to consume us in some way we cant imagine but we need to know that, in every situations, if we decided to respond to them positively, they will yield some remarkable powers we will really be proud of.
We need to learn to see every challenges as an opportunity to grow ourselves and even our strength, even though there is pain and difficulties attached to it, we just need to acknowledge it and learn from it. I once watch a movie titled The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind on netflix, it was about a boy in the village of Malawi who came from a poor family and he was really interested in fixing electronics and all for his neighbour and community, but he was thrown out of school because his parent couldn't afford the fee, but he had to blackmail his science teacher who was secretly dating his sister and his offer is to have access to his science class and also the library.
They faced a challenge in the community that shake everyone, Drought came and there was no where to farm, no water and all, at a point, they were not able to cope and people started leaving the community to another and his own sister had to elope with the science teach also, but with all this challenges, his father was really scared and angry at the same time because he had no idea of what to do, but his boy with his science knowledge decided to find a way to solve the drought problem, so he create a windmill prototype which bring out water from the community broken water pump and it work, but there is an issue, he need to create a bigger one but there is no way he could build one except he use the only bicycle that belong to their family.
The father was really furious when he seek for his permission because he though he won't be able to make it work and he will be losing the only bicycle he has but after giving it some thought based on some incident that happened, he agreed and the boy was able to create a bigger windmill with the help of the remaining community members and friends and they were able to conquer the drought and started planting crops again. When I watch the movies, it really motivate me a lot because drought it a bigger challenge and they boy was able to conquer it by not giving up and seeing it as an opportunity to learn and become stronger, picking courage over fear thereby transform the live of everyone positively.
