Today I will fully enjoy with this Nargisi Kofta.A dish cooked by wrapping the hard-boiled eggs with shredded meat (marinated in a melange of spices) and then deep frying it, Nargisi Kofta is something you would not want to miss in Lucknow! Its name is quite unique and comes from the flower Narcissus, which resembles the kofta. You must have had several koftas till now, however, this one is quite different and out of the world.
