Hiya Steemians, I wanted to post about Barcelona since ages - been there the last time 6 years ago and my photography skills as well as equipment was not that much developed these days. As I like to edit photos into a less colourful way I tried it also with some photos I took back in 2012 - this is the best I could realise lol - all for MonochromeMonday by 
Barcelona - a great City
As we all know this City in Catalunya (officially in Spain) is one of the hot shots for tourism, business and culture across Europe. I used to be there more often when I was studying in the south of France several years ago which was only a 6 hours drive by car. That time it was really cheap to live there and to enjoy the greatness of the City. The prices have increased a lot now as most of you know but it remains of my favourite cities to travel.
Apart from great monuments, churches and building one can find a lot Art especially around Antonio Gaudi and Pablo Picasso's work. If you are into Art - do not miss a trip there. In addition you have Beaches and all kinds of Sports opportunities which where created for the Olympics in 1992 - and most importantly - the real FCB is located there - FC Barcelona - Soccer - Football! Forgive me Bayern Munich fans.
