The first one looks IMO so real if I would not know it better I would say it is a real photo. But no its made out of thin air.
The secret is imperfection. Make it shiny and clear like a fashion cover, and let it look more artificial. But some imperfect skin makes those pictures look pretty real.
The natural look is always special. Make up is far away from real and is the AI/filter from the past.
