Mushrooms are good for us, and wild mushrooms are probably even better than farmed ones. I haven't eaten wild mushrooms in a long time; tomorrow I'm going to the market and buy some delicious ones.
For a couple of years, my knee has been hurting a bit in the winter (probably signs of osteoarthritis). I noticed that when I start eating berries from my garden (red currants) in the summer, everything improves. This year, I started eating frozen red currants in the winter, but I still need to lose 20 kg of excess weight; it's very important for my joints.
Red currants are beneficial for joints due to their high content of anti-inflammatory substances, antioxidants, and ability to remove excess uric acid, which contributes to the development of arthritis and rheumatism. Regular consumption of the berries (fresh) helps strengthen blood vessels, improve tissue circulation, and reduce pain.
Do red currants grow in your climate?
