National No Bra Day is an awareness day for cancer most ladies are advised to leave their bra at home too on this day.
/Today is another no bra day and both girls and women celebrate today/.
The day promotes:
cancer awareness.
Fund raising for breast cancer victims.
Promotes research.
Promotes free medical checks for breast cancer and so much more.
No Bra Day should also act as reminder to women,
The women should go for screening for breast cancer. Because early detection can help in early treatment of the different types of breast cancer.
- Many women who have survived breast cancer are mostly survivors and on this very day, they all need to be celebrated too*.

Best steps ladies take during these awareness program is to engage in self examination of the their breast.
As ladies ,
take note of any changes especially on the breast region's.

Any signs of growth, Dimpling, swelling, or even redness are the best signs to look out for.
there are need for you to become more familiar with the shape and texture of your breast, ladies so try to always take time to examine the breast each time to be sure of feeling safe too.
