News Updates:
THE BIG NEWS!!!
Yes the big news you have all been waiting for, admin was supposed to return everybody to their normal membership level without the early bird gift, but admin has decided to place everyone on the next level membership for 1* week starting tomorrow. So, effective tomorrow everyone will be on the next level membership voting weight and not on their own voting weight as it is supposed to be.
This is for 2 main reasons;
We appreciate every member that has remained committed to the growth of this community, we believe that your continued stay will continue to grow the community and we want to appreciate your stay with us.
Believe it or not, voting members at a higher percentage is helping to grow the community SP. When you receive higher rewards it means the community share of the 25% curation is also higher, if it were possible we would be voting every member at 100% irrespective of the level, but Voting Power plays a role in how the Steem Blockchain works so we can’t do that. But the best we can do now is to continue voting you at a high percentage based on your membership level.
Admin is monitoring how this change evolves, after the expiration of the 4000 leased SP our VP to drop but we have contingency plan to bring it up with our balance and maybe a pulse for some hours if necessary. But don’t lose faith because more incentives are planned to encourage members.
- The 1 week offer maybe extended with additional benefits after monitoring the performance of the incentive and its effect on the community voting power.

Our dear member
Admin has reached a decision based on the feedback received that we will freeze reward payout for now and use it instead to lease new SP in a manner that they can be extended or extend expiring lease. We will reverse this action whenever we agree it is time to reverse it, of course it will be brought here also for every member to make their own contribution.
Post Promotion
Admin has been sponsoring post promotion through bid-bots to further bring to light our community and increase our rewards for payout. I highlight previously that we are the best promotion the community can get, we acknowledge the job of all those that have written about us and sold the idea to their friends and family, we are encouraged to continue upvoting the daily post and weekly report so that we gain more exposure and earn more rewards to grow further. With time we believe our strength should take care of all these necessities.

Membership Upgrade
This is the time for you to build up and upgrade your SP delegation so you won’t suffer massive upvote decline when the free gift ends.
Some members have been kind enough to upgrade their membership by delegating additional SP to their current delegated SP. This is really helping to grow the community SP which in turn grows the value of our upvotes.
Membership SP delegation will help reduced our reliance on leasing SP. Help us grow this community to encourage the content creators that are poorly rewarded through the upvote value they receive. So we need the big time delegators to join us and reap the benefits available for all members.

We are extremely grateful to members that have been spreading the word about the community through their post and mentions. This is indeed helping to promote and advertise the community to a broader audience. Your efforts are much appreciated as this is cheaper than using bid-bots.
