We have water logged drywall followed by a leaky roof .The customer asked me to remove it and I found a rodents nest after clearing it out it looks like this.The framing needs to be trimmed so thats what i did.so with three old 2×4×8 i framed what i couldThe other side.Stay tuned for tomorrow when we apply drywall and a smooth first coat for finish.
