‎Hello Hives,
‎
‎It's another beautiful day and it's with great pleasure that I'm welcoming everyone to my blog today.
‎
‎Today I just want to share my thoughts about something I believe many of us have asked ourselves at one point or another, that is it better to have a job or to run a business?

‎
‎I honestly don't think there is one simple answer to this question.
‎
‎Because having a job has its own advantages. You know that at the end of the month, you are expecting your salary. That alone can give someone peace of mind, especially when you have bills to pay and people depending on you. A job can also help you gain experience, learn new skills and meet people who can contribute to your growth.
‎
‎But sometimes, having a job can also make you feel limited. You may work very hard, but your salary remains the same. You have to follow someone else's rules, work according to their schedule and sometimes wait for someone else to decide whether you deserve a promotion or salary increase.
‎
‎This is where business becomes attractive.
‎
‎There is something different about working for yourself. You have the freedom to make decisions and build something that belongs to you. If the business grows, your income can also grow with it. You can even create opportunities for other people by employing them.
‎
‎But let's be honest, business is not as easy as it sometimes looks from the outside.
‎
‎People often post pictures of their successful businesses, nice cars and big achievements, but they don't always show the nights they stayed awake thinking about money, the customers who refused to pay, the goods that didn't sell or the times they almost gave up.
‎
‎A business can give you freedom, but it can also give you plenty of headaches.
‎
‎This is why I don't like it when people say, "Forget your job and start a business." It may sound good, but everybody's situation is different. Someone with a family to take care of may not be able to take the same risks as someone who has fewer responsibilities.
‎
‎I personally think there is nothing wrong with having a job while building something on the side. In fact, that may be a good way for some people to start. Your salary can take care of your immediate needs while you slowly develop your business.
‎
‎At the end of the day, success is not about whether you wear the title of an employee or a business owner. What matters is finding something that works for your life and being willing to learn and improve along the way.
‎
‎So, let me ask you honestly:
‎
‎If you had to choose today, would you rather have a stable job or take the risk of building your own business? And why?
‎
‎Thanks for Reading
