Small post but something I found interesting. Blockchain technology was raised in the UK Parliament today and it was agreed that £10,000,000 will initially be invested to explore how the UK could become a world leader in this field. The Bank of England are also considering its potential economic benefits.
Preliminary findings suggest that economies which implement the technology could generate a 2% increase in GDP.
